In 1973, William Friedkin had need a girl that read in the film "The Exorcist." It presented more than 600 teenagers between twelve and sixteen years old.Friedkin, director of the film, chose her, a fourteen sweet and beautiful girl: Linda Blair.
He says that he was as owned by her, and that he could not understand if Linda was to interpret the Devil, or the devil to interpret her. The young Linda accomplished fifteen years on the set and celebrated together with the rest of the cast.

Linda Blair ha interpretato questo ruolo splendidamente per due volte,infatti nel 1977 è stata protagonista del film "L'Esorcista II -L'Eretico",il film ha incassato meno del previsto,ma Linda ci ha dato un'ottima prova del suo grande talento (e bellezza!).
